Blocked Users Management Overview

Manage your privacy settings and interactions efficiently with B/R's blocked users feature:

  • Accessing Blocked Users List: Navigate to the 'Privacy and Legal' section found within the 'Profile and Settings' menu. View the 'Blocked Users' portion to see a list of users you have blocked.
  • Interaction Restrictions for Blocked Users: Blocked users are unable to message you, @mention you in comments, or see your activity within the platform.
  • Managing Blocked Users: You have the option to unblock users directly from the 'Blocked Users' list, restoring their ability to interact with you.

This feature ensures you can control who can engage with you on B/R, enhancing your personal user experience and maintaining your desired level of privacy.

 

Ban Management Overview

Understanding and managing bans on B/R ensures a respectful and safe environment for all users:

  • Reasons for Ban: Bans typically occur for non-compliance with our community guidelines, which prohibit explicit, abusive, harmful, hateful, or violent content or behaviors.
  • Consequences of a Ban: Being banned in a specific community restricts you from using social actions within that community. A platform-wide ban restricts you from using social actions anywhere on B/R.
  • Appealing a Ban: B/R recognizes the possibility of errors and provides an opportunity for review. If you believe your ban was a mistake, you can appeal by filling out our Banned Account Appeal form. Our moderation team will review your case.

These measures help maintain the integrity and quality of interactions on B/R, aligning with the platform's commitment to fostering a positive community experience.
