We thank you for your support and patience as we address issues related to the new B/R app. In the spirit of transparency you can follow this article to stay updated with issues that are known and are being addressed. If you are encountering an issue that is not listed here, please submit a request to our support team for additional help.
Known Issues:
- Fan Count: showing "0" in teams and leagues channels.
- Personalization: No customization for viewing followed teams and leagues on home page.
- Community Engagement (Android): Android users may encounter an issue where they are not able to engage in social features within community forums, such as: posting comments, commenting on comments or liking comments.
- Alerts Tab Missing: We are currently enhancing the alerts tab, which will allow you to access the alerts represented by the alerts badge on the app icon. This improvement is under development and is scheduled to release soon.
- Notifications: Push notifications not leading to correct content.
- Notifications: Notification settings reverting after closing app or settings page.
- Community Engagement: Delay in created post appearing in Forums.
- Team Schedules: Team schedules do not land at current-date events.
- Deleting Posts/Comments: Currently, deleting your posts and comments is not available.

International Users: Puerto Rico users now have access to B/R app and web experiences.

Workarounds:
- Alerts Badge (iOS): Alerts badge showing a number on the app icon. To clear this badge, go to your iOS notification center by swiping down on the left side of your screen, scroll down to the "Notification Center" title and tap the "X" to clear the alerts badge. You may also need to manually clear any remaining B/R notifications and force close the app.
- Unable to access previous page from Forum/Comments: To go back to the previous page after tapping into or commenting on a users post, swipe from left to right to exit the comment's view.
- Edit Profile Picture (iOS): When attempting to edit your profile picture, do so by navigating to Settings > Edit Profile, the Save button is available as expected. If you attempt to edit your profile picture by navigating View Profile > Edit Profile, the Save button is missing.
